Complete Rules adopted by board, not yet effective

AUTHORIZATION FORMS NOW AVAILABLE

Authorization forms are now available for download. These forms are required when a locksmith opens a structure or vehicle. You may print these forms and take them to a copy shop for duplication. Many of the copy shops will put the forms in a gummed pad so you can just peel one off.

LEGISLATIVE FUND

The Texas Locksmiths Association monitors legislation, licensing, and regulation to look after the interests of locksmiths in Texas. A portion of the membership dues helps maintain this program, but additional contributions are needed. Those wishing to support this effort with a donation or donate items for auction, please call (877) 852-4636.

DUES AND ASSESSMENT FEES

Dues and assessment fees are $50. Membership Applications are available for download. If you are not a member and would like information please check the membership page.

EDUCATION

The TLA Board of Directors plans classes on any locksmith related subject. If you would like to have a TLA Class in your area of the state, contact any member of the Executive Board or call toll free (877) TLA-INFO, (877) 852-4636.
